Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Crystal MergeX account and associated player data from the app or by contacting our development team.

A permanent change to your player

Deletion permanently removes the account and associated player data once completed. Logging out is a different action: it ends a device session and leaves the remote account in place.

Option 1: from the app

  1. Open Crystal MergeX and go to Settings.
  2. Find the Account group and choose Delete Account.
  3. Read the explanation, confirm your choice and complete any ownership verification.
  4. Check the status shown in the app. If the request cannot be completed, contact the team using the email option below.

Option 2: request deletion by email

You can use this option if you cannot access the app, no longer have it installed, or the in-app deletion service is unavailable.

Email with the subject Crystal MergeX — account deletion request. Include your player ID if available, player name and linked sign-in provider so we can help identify the account. If you do not know your player ID, explain that in your message.

We will verify ownership before deleting data and provide the applicable completion timeframe and status. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or authentication tokens. Opening the email draft does not send a request or delete anything.

What is deleted?

  • Your authentication account and linked game identity.
  • Your player name, avatar and shareable player ID.
  • Your ranking entries, scores and friend relationships.
  • Your gems balance, reward history and in-game item records.
  • Local player data when the in-app deletion flow can clear this device.

Your original photo in your device library is not deleted. To remove a local copy on another device, clear that app’s data or uninstall it. Minimal security/deletion records and provider retention exceptions are explained in the Privacy Policy’s retention section.

Before you make the request

Make sure this is the player you want to remove. Completed deletion cannot be undone. A later guest session or sign-in may create a new player; it does not restore the deleted account.
